Does anyone know where I might be able to get a front saddle mount for a SBC like were used in 32-48 ford adaptions. I tried a bunch of different venders but it don't look like anybody makes them any more. Thanks Lanny

Speedway has them. You can keep an eye out on eBay also since they're fairly common.

Speedway doesn't have the one I want. They have aluminum ones that have a tendency to sag. I need a 1 piece mount. Thanks Lanny

  6. I have had good luck finding original hurst mounts right here on the HAMB. I have an NOS now that I bought here cheap.

Or you could get a chinese one from Speedway if you prefer a communist mount.

Heck it is easy enough to make one, I did when I put a SBC into a 51 Merc back in '80....

But the Speedway price does seem reasonable.....

No problem ! I got mine for my 29 A from speedway back in the 80's & it seems well built. I built one back in 1971 for my 25 T , & it was real easy to build.
