I picked these valve covers today, they were just hanging up in the garage and he had no idea what they fit. I thought they'd fit on the 324 Olds motor I have sitting in the garage but turns out that they are late 50's Ford. What are these worth? I can't find anything quite like them on the 'net

Nice score. I've never seen a set like those.

Somebody is doing Fenton repops but I have not seen the Weiand before. Pretty cool.

Nice score. Early logo Weiand stuff always brings large money.

The one thing I have noticed on the Weiand Y Block valve covers is that they are poorly cast and machined in the area for the valve cover bolts. They are not cast or machined deeply enough for the stock Y Block bolt valve cover seals to work properly.

    Note Edlebrock covers and compare.

Neat, I've got a block letter set and they were hard to get. You put those on eBay and pair of fellas are going to have a field day.

Oh and BTW, there's no way they go for $300-350. It'll be on the upside of $400s, at least. They are way too clean not to go for something good. If they're repopped, I'd be surprised. I haven't seen a set of Weiands repopped.
