Over the top, yes, but it was done quite well. They were sharp, man.

Great picts Tom! The chopped blue '54 Plymouth belongs to Rob McCormick here in town, and Glen Kramer owns the channeled '32 pick up. Funny, I was so busy talking all weekend that I only ended up shooting three pictures... All of that '41 tudor! God, that is a pretty car!!!

Yeah Chip, that '41 was perfect. The owner offered up that the paint was original. I believe that it probably is, although I think he must have cleared over it. Did you notice how the black had been polished through in a couple of places, with red oxide primer showing through? I don't think those places would have been shiny without clear.

I think I read earlier that you were going to have a Falcon Wagon there? Wanted to say hi, but I didn't see it. There must have been a lot I didn't see. Quite a turnout.

Ya, I was there both days, but on Saturday it was soooo packed that no one could find anybody else. I was parked at the west end of the "bowl" on both days. If you see me about give me a wave... It looks like this...

Thanks for posting the pictures for those of us not able to attend.
There are some great looking cars down there!
I especially like the black '41 and the black '37, neither one being traditional favorites, but both looking really cool.
