I found these tail light lenses at a local swap meet this past weekend. They were on the bottom of the famous "Dollar Box." They are glass and round 4 inches or so in diameter. These seem to be in pretty good shape and I believe it will polish up nice. The problem is I only found one and need a partner to go with it. A make and model would make tracking another one down easier. Thanks for any help.

Those are 37 deSoto. It's partner will be considerably more than a dollar. Good score. Careful if you take it apart. The stamped wingnut on the jewel likes to snap.

  4. Yep according to what I can find 1937-38 Desoto.

Thanks for the help. The odds of finding another that i could afford isn't looking too good. Sure would look good on the back of the model a. I guess it will give me something to hunt for.

Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha!! You got an absolute incredible deal on a rare tail light. Now you're going to become obsessed with finding another. I have about three "singles" going right now. It's a lot of fun, but more so if you're young.

  9. You can probably sell that one on eBay for enough to buy about three pair of something else either more common or a lot less in demand.
