there was this 50 chevy 3100 there, with a 61 chrysler dash, hands down my favorite car at the show, I've never seen a better looking instrument cluster.

Great pics. Helps us on the other side to keep up with some of the better cars instead of getting stuck with only what is printed in the magazines. Well, they were mostly great pics, but that F1, it leaves you wondering what they were thinking.

That car had some amazing details and some ugly ones too. Moal's recent stuff just doesn't do it for me. The lines just don't flow. On the other hand, the craftsmanship can't be beat.

The grill is hand made but modeled after a Miller grill.

  13. It was a close call in the BAD taste department, but that was the one I decided to photograph for the 'How NOT to build a car' award, the other contender was a Packard, with B*llet 20" rims, and candy PINK fenders while the rest of the car was blue...and I am telliing the truth....it was HIDEOUS!!

    Can you say...BARN FIND?

12 cylinder Lincoln flattie, shipped from Australia in early summer and then driven over 6800 in the US including Bonneville. He shipped it here and met it on the dock, hopped in and started driving. Too many goofy "rat rod fake patina" details fo me but that mill deserves a shrine!

That ugly F1 with the modern stuff was my "What Where They Thinking" shot and since I could not remember if I took a pic of it, I shot it again.

that purple coupe is *****in, seen it rolling thru the fairgrounds and stopped him to take a pic. went looking and did not see it again.

I heard the lincoln powered ride is owned by the guy who brought over the twin blown T and the allison powered 55 chevy (with the war plane look).
