This bums me out

 

Unless he and his family are on Facebook and let EVERYONE know they are planning a trip out of town. Unfortunately with social media sites, your young ones, wifes, some guys have "opened their doors" to lurking thieves when they broadcast that they will be leaving thier homes next weekend for Disneyland.

 

I know a lot of people like Facebook and social networks like that, but I really don't want people knowing my every move.

Just hope they do find it intact and unharmed.

Nothing yet, the show this week will be the best place to find parts. Thanks to the many people with boots on the ground. I am very thankful for your help.

 

David, anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting you knows, as my Sons and I do, what a super nice guy you are. It is horrible when bad things happen to good people. Life sucks sometimes, but you have tons and tons of people actively looking for any signs of your car everywhere, and Turkey Run this weekend will be a prime spot for us to look at every 32 coupe and every part we see in the swap meet area.

You know how close I am to my own Sons and the few times we got to speak at Billetproof events I see the same relationship you and your wife have with your beautiful little girl. She must be taking this hard and I bet you hurt as much for her pain as you do for the loss of the car itself. Any of us who have built a car from the ground up, like you did, know the time, money, and love that goes into our creations.......they become like a family member.

We are trying, David, we are trying. I can't wait until I open up this thread some day soon and see "THE CAR HAS BEEN FOUND !" It has happened before on here.

Have as nice of a Thanksgiving as you can under the circumstances.

Hopefully it will turn up this weekend. All the eyes and ears on here should turn something up!

 

Dave, when you were building the car, did you record existing numbers and, maybe, hide some unique number/letter combo to help ID it or parts thereof?

 

It really upsets me to here this. I really hope you find it buddy. Posting it on HAMB I think is a helpful step. Good luck and fellas keep your eyes opened..

I really want this car to be found. I truly offer my condolences, Dave.

My eyes are open, but there isn't much hot rod activity in Ontario in November, but I think about this car daily.
