obsessive hot rodder

Hi all fellow hot rodders, So many hot rods-so little time! A few current completed cars are 63 Impala, 98 Camero conv. & a 79 Corvette. I have several projects going (42 Ford hot rod pickup, 56 Chevy handyman wagon, 57 Chevy pickup) but I need advice on changing the 71 Chevy pickup front clip 5 on 5 bolt pattern to a 5 on 4 & 3/4. Can I use 79 Nova front end parts?
