I had the pleasure to stop in to Joe Smith Early fords in Richmond today.I just needed a little ole $10.00 part and they had it. Now here is the best part, I receved the same good service as if I got a $1,000.00 part. Its been a while since I got that kind of customer service.for such a small purchase. Doug knew the parts I wanted and had them in hand guickly. .I was impresed to say the least. John Mullen /Johnrodz
That's great to hear. Something positive about someone in the business! I don't know Doug yet, but I do know some pretty good people who know Doug. All of them speak very highly of Doug so your post just verifies the fact that he's exactly what my freinds have said. I have two of his shirts now, (Thanks to "you know who you are"), and wear them proudly. Last wearage was at LSRU. You did buy a shirt didn't you? They are the latest fashion. Mark
I'm sure I've been driving Doug nuts on emails regarding my upcoming overhaul. After 20 some odd emails, he's responses are still just as pleasant as the first one.
