I am just now starting to collect some parts for a tbucket project. I need to know if these parts are worth what I have to pay.
First, An unknown year model a frame with no body. The motor and ****** is still in it but, the guy is going to take them out. wheels, steering, column front & rear axle all for the price of 100.00 .
I am getting another frame and body axles and wheels that is a 1926 t touring. The body is very rough though. He is taking the motor and ****** out of that to. For another 100.00
Question 1: Is this worth it?
Question 2: Would I be able to use either of these front axles for the T Bucket project? They look too small to me.
Question 3: The frames are straight. Can these frames be used for anything? I was going to make mine in my shop.

To buy or not to buy that always ends up being the question.
    Thanks for any advice.

well he actually has another frame with just the front end on it. I would be more than willing to p*** the parts on for a fair price. I would appreciate good advice on the front axle. They just look so small. The t touring even has the wooden spoke wheels.

You can use the model A front axle, just has no drop and you need to swap out spindles.. The rest is a great deal to buy and part out to support your build. As for the body being "very rough" if it is over your ability to fix, body work gets very expensive, thus the birth of fibergl***.

The frames (if they are straight) are worth the dough, very useful if boxed. The 'A' axle should be serviceable too, though most would have it dropped, the other stuff you could sell off to finance your project.

    Slow on the draw.
