We have one. We bought it and it shipped to our bakery in Jackson, MS. We know nothing about trucks but bought it to turn it into a food truck, we know food. I need to know what size engine is in it, it is original. Also what modern engine will fit and electrics wise, should we run a generator to power potential equipment or can that stuff just run off the trucks power?
