Customs Dave Puhl 57 chevy

Anybody have any info on this 57 chevy conv. Built by Dave Puhl? The picture is from Sept. 1967 R&C. All the caption says is that it was his go to work car. I would love to see a color picture if anybody has one, would like to know if its still around too. Thanks!

Awesome car, I have the article and magazine cover of it in one of my magazines. It was his daily driver for some time.

cool car, i like how the asymmetrical hood flows into the grill

 

I have been going back and forth on a build style for my 58, and after seeing this 57, I am considering the asymmetrical ideas now! I really like the fact that it is so mild, but the hood, grille, and paint make it such a stand out! Would love to see a rear shot too...
