Spin Dizzies in TRJ?

I'm pretty sure The Rodders Journal had an article on tether cars awhile back. Could someone please tell me which issue it might be in? I searched TRJ's site but could'nt find this info. Thanks, The wizzard23.

Count the cars, multiply by $2500 and you'll have a fairly low end estimate of value. One of Roy Richters cars was recently listed on ebay for 45k, don't think it sold tho, most sell in the $1500-$3500 range.
