Put a camaro clip in a 54, don't know if the unibody structure is the same or not.

The 55 Wasp is actually a Rambler body. The last Hudson bodies were 54's. Are you going to use the stock motor or go with another. Did not catch the location? Hud

Yes it is all Rambler. The only parts that were Hudson was the motors. The 55-56 Wasp used the 202 and the 55-57 Hornets used the 308. The 55 wasp boby was a little much for the little 202. One used the Statesman body and another body was used for the other. I don't remember the other. They used body's they already had. Hope this helps. Hud

I acquired a Super Jet in the spring and the 202 was designed for that car. I am in the process of doing research on the little motor. I have read a lot of reviews of both the Jet and the 55 Wasp. In the Jet it was one heck of a motor. The wt. to hp ratio was about 25 to 1. In the Wasp it was a lot more. Plus add power steering and a/c with power whatever, the little had to put out. It is one peppy engine from what I read. I would like to get a 55 or 56 engine before I start to build. With the twin h and the alum. head it was rated at 114. I have read in some of the 55 literature that it had 124 hp. The most accepted number is 114. Hope this helps. Hud
