I put one in a '35 International, drove it a week and took it out. Now has a '40 Chev truck box that is much better but not as good later recirulating ball boxes I've used.

I have a 1934 Chev DB = 1/2 ton. Missing the steering box clamp/plate that bolts to the outside of the frame and holds the steering box in place..... Got one?

I used a 41-6 box in my 37 and was much better and went in like it was made for it,you have to use a 1/2 or 3/4 ton box as the bigger trucks have a longer column.

Do any of you guy's boxes look like this?

It came from what was supposed to be a '32 Chevy truck (but not for sure). It turned out to have an International body - so not sure just what the ch***is actually was. I tried an International website and nobody there could ID it, so that might reinforce the idea that it's a Chevy box.

I'd like to use it in a hot rod project, but it needs some repair and it would be nice to know for sure what it is in order to find the correct parts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please PM me.
