  1. The guy used my buddies pics to use in his ad.
Couldn't take better ones of the car himself??

I heard the guy that bought it from me(Nitro Steve)sold the car to the current owner.
Funny thing though I was told if it was to ever be put up for sale I'd get first refusal:rolleyes:

The wife and I are seriously debating on buying it back.

"The old car isn't perfect. But I wasn't aiming to please you all."

Makes it even sound like he built the car himself eh:rolleyes:

Any PNW guys know the owner, tell him to contact me.....Shiny

He meant you would have first bids on e-bay.

Dam Shiny, that thing is a hot potatoe, third owner since you sold it (if it sells). It's only been 3 or 4 months hasn't it? People are just pussys and don't know what they want. The "ratrod" thing is all cool and stuff then they realize it isn't like driving their Taurus and bail ass out. Well I hope you can get it back too but not if it slows down what you set out to do by selling it in the first place.

Call me crazy, but it seems to be he is taking credit for building the car in his ad... BASTARDS "This old car isn't perfect, but I wasn't aiming to please you all. I really don't want to sell it but have to make room for another project" thats what I kind of interpret those lines as, but maybe its just me.:D

  6. Outta sight,,,outta mind,,,,I used the wifes e-bay account to ask him if he built the car,,,,I can't wait for his reply! HRP

  8. I'll get back to this in a minute...

Alright, I've gained composure. Have you ever met Steve, the fellow who bought the car from Shiney? He's the guy who puts this on www.hotrodarama.com w/ a couple other friends. He's no pussy, he's a great guy who does a ton for his friends and treats people the way they should be treated. Novel idea.

I've seen this car up close and personal, ridden in it, etc. It's not what Steve was looking for, but he commited to buying it and did. He sold it to build what he wants, like many of us do. I don't know what happend between him and Shiney...that's their business. That said, it's MY business to stand up for a good friend. He bought the car, he owned it, and he sold it. You can do that when you own things.

    Easy on the name calling.

You'll regret not buying it back, Shiny.
Besides, I can see you coming into some more money in the near future. :D

  10. JB,I don't really need the car back.I sold it cuz I can't fit the family in it now.

    Mr Happy,who knows eh.

    Tony,Steve and I are fine.
I just asked to have first refusal on the car when he sold it.
    He said for sure.
All he had to do was call me and let me know he was selling it.
I'd at least like to keep track of it,so he coulda passed on the buyers info.
Maybe someone can get me the current owners info.
Or I guess I can just email him threw ebay......Shiny

I see the car finally became a flat black bastard. I still love that car, and if I had the money I'd buy it.
Shiny, I'll have to send you some photos of our new project once it gets some shape to it. I think you'd like it. Nothing but cheap cool fun.
