I was going to do a battery box from my old Falstaff cooler, but it's so much larger than the battery that it took up too much trunk space, and couldn't get the battery in and out when bolted in place.

I bought an old one at a swap meet called a Carryall little brown jug. It still had the bottle opener and ice pick slotted into the hinged top. There was a newspaper from Harrisburg PA. The Sunday Patriot Times dated April 12 1959 in the bottom of the cooler. The vender went on and on about how rare the cooler was. I didn't have the heart to tell him I would be drilling holes in it to make it into a battery box for my 36 pickup.
