I just wanted to take send my condolances to the two fathers on this post who lost their sons so early in life. I can not even begin to imagine your pain and loss. Great that you are spreading the word about such a tragic end to life. God bless you and your familys.

Good luck on the hard job of choosing!!!

Mark, thank you for giving us all the opportunity!

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss! This is a great and brave thing you are doing, obviously for a great cause!

Here's my car-no trailer queen show car, nothing fancy here! 570 angry HP out of a blown Cadillac flathead, holding 2 records in vintage cl*** at Bonneville, and 2 more at the Ohio Mile.

Thanks for your thoughts, ts e****ally true today as the 12th is the day he took his life. We spend every 12th at the lake thinking about our son its tough but as the months go by we spend time trying to tell others just what it does feel like in hopes that it will make a difference to someone. I'm sure I feel the same as Mark in that I would not wish this on anyone, even my worst enemy. Nothing can bring our sons or daughters back but we can tell others to keep a eye their own sons and daughters. My son was not a child but a 43 year old who thought this would solve his families problems but it did not. It is a common thought that runs through those who choose this way to go. So go out and take your sons and daughters for a ride and talk to them keep all lines of communication open and don't hesitate to let them know how much they mean to you..........

I will end this now as we are headed out to the lake..........................

I only enter shows or events that I believe are supporting worthwhile causes so when I saw your request I knew I had to enter immediately. I lost my brother to suicide over 20 years ago (he was about the same age as your son) and I still think about him almost everyday.
I really appreciate what you are trying to do to educate others and admire your willingness to share your thoughts. I hope you are blessed a thousand times for doing this.
Attached are pictures of my widened and lengthened 33 Ford PU.
