Agree with the others on the bag and the tie rods. Also the tie rods should be parallel to the lower arm to reduce bump steer. Would not trust heim joints , go to tie rod ends!
I *THINK* that the owner of the photo, Not the Subject (in this case the truck) would have a co**** of action... So if you took the photo, you have a leg to stand on.

I also ride bikes, and to me there would be nothing more terrifying than to be riding around on two wheels constantly worrying about when the next weld would break. Would make it kind of hard for me to keep the line...
Why in the world would you only ask for half of your money back? They should refund it all, plus throw in a new reupholstered seat that they screwed up. I say, at this stage of the game, you're way way too nice...
This so far has been a very interesting thread, and I hope you don't mind my asking, but...how old are you?
29 now and I learned a lot from this experience and everything on the truck is fixed and great. I ended up getting a much nicer suspension for about half the price so this ended up being a great learning experience. I have been driving the truck for over 1.5 years now with no issues what so ever. I now do all my own work and don't take my vehicles anywhere I bought a welder and air bagged my 1950 ford shoebox by myself. When I first got this truck I didn't even know what an alternator was now I have rebuilt engines and rewired cars. Redone clutch and ****** air bagged my car etc. so no more shops for me. This thread should be dead tho. Everyone on the HaMB involved in this thread early on helped me a lot and I will always be great full.
