You can't see him but that is a plastic lit up Santa in the driver seat with a silver metal flake helmet. Rudolph is the power plant. We added presents below the tree. Bummer was that some asshole tried to steal it.

I highly recommend it. It was pretty easy & fairly cheap to make and now it only takes 20 minutes to set up - leaving me more time to work on old cars!!! ;-)
