That's actually a good question. Looking at those links, there's a few fake salt cars I've seen running the wrong designation.

I'd never run a race number on a car that's never raced, but if you're going to lie, might as well do it right.

Since this is turning into a "teaching" thread, I'll tell a little story. My vintage dirt modified was built in the early 60's in a small town (Jackson) in Minnesota by two brothers who owned a body/general fabrication shop. Back in those days, before the midwest went to automated centralized switching, each small town had several live phone operators who would route the calls manually through a switchboard. The phone numbers back in those day were quite simple, being two or three digits, sometimes with a letter. A couple I remember from my youth were "427R" and "1025J". The phone number of the Thurmer Brothers body shop was "102". They used it as the number on the race car as a bit of free advertising for their shop.

Where in the hell did you learn to read and write? If you can't put a sentence together how in the hell are you going to build a car? Go back and read what you wrote and think about how it comes across to the thousands of people that actually made it past the 4th grade and learned something in school.
What in the world is a crispy version? Rusty clean? Please! Stay off the roads in my state.

So I guess if he speaks French, and isn't fully bilingual, then we should boot him from the HAMB?
Quit being a jerk curbspeed and give the guy a break. I sent him a PM so you don't have to be bothered with dealing with the language barrier.
