Those handles appear to be from an 89-98 GM Pickup, which are quite possibly the ugliest handles known to man. The car looks like a great start though.

Welcome to the HAMB!!I guaranty You will get lots of advice on your coupe. I suggest you step back and compare your coupe with other cars built with different body to frame setups. The main thing with your car has the body channeled over the frame. It's hard to tell if it is a 32 frame because it is channeled. I like it the way it is just because is already channeled from the time it was popular. I would never channel a 32 5 window but if I found one channeled if it was done right I would go with it. The door handles look easy enough to fix. Better then rust holes.

Body looks really solid and I see a reveal under the body so it does look like a deuce frame too. Are you planning on replacing the front four bar setup?

All kidding aside.. The 5W looks like a solid start. Much more complete than some of the ones on here. Looks like you've got a SBC in the engine bay?

What are your plans for this?

That's the way to do it. If you want a hybrid buy a Prius! :)

Your car reminded me of the one stolen on fla, time to re-check that thread.
