50 Chevy club coupe slightly weatherd black paint, some old weathered flames, 216-3spd., black painted rear bumper, no front bumper. A driver. What would you do with it? just curious
Load the kids in it and drive to the beach for sand, ice creams - oh, and soggy chips. Leastways that's what we did yesterday in the '51. Nose high? Tail low. That'll be the buckets and spades...
haul it to MN and sell it to ML , seriously if its in your skill level those things look killer chopped or from one gasser guy to another straight axle it! and do some match racin against that way kool Ford of yours. classic ford against chevy
I do not own this car as of now. He offered it to me on a trade deal this weekend. I've owned too many 49-54 Chevy's that were lowered, www's, etc. I also had a survivor 53 club coupe gasser that I traded off and have missed. My wife also loved that car. I still want to build a hotrod, and have a 32 frame and many parts. I thought if I got this car, I would try selling it right away. If it sells, fine, I'd put the money towards the A. If it doesn't sell, then I figured I'd drive for the few weeks we have left of okay weather, then blow it apart and turn it into a gasser. Then start over collecting parts for a hotrod down the road. I'll keep ya'll informed. He's supposed to be here in the next couple hours. Here's my old 53. BBC, 57 chevy r.e, over 30yr old paint, 58 chevy buckets, 53 chevy truck front suspension etc. It was fun.

Haha Frank. Gas costs too much or maybe! Well, I got it. I traded away a car I took in on another trade 4 weeks ago yesterday. I never really wanted that car too much anyway. So, whattda think of this beast?! Wanna buy it??
Most importantly I would keep it a driving car and not make any mods that would take it off the road for more than a weekend. but it's your car and nose high would be rad
Clean the paint off of the rear bumper, add a front bumper and park it next to the Merc at GG in Columbus next year.
Nice looking! Is it a Business Coupe or Sport Coupe? Either way, they are getting a little hard to find these days. How's the body and floors? Gasser style with a "w" motor and 4-speed would be too cool!
What? who me? get rid of it? It is a sport coupe or club coupe, whichever. There's a backseat. I've owned too many 49-54 chevy's with sixes. If I don't sell it within the next 4 weeks, it's getting blown apart. It won't end up one of those sky-high, 4X4 styled gassers though. And I feel the need to radius those nice quarters for some ww cheater slicks
I wonder if Ryan will allow me to start a raffle, say a buck a chance on a sell date. Get all on the HAMB to guess when it'll be sold. All profits to the HAMB except $20 for the closest HAMBer to the sold date. All money on the raffle to go to Ryan and Ryan pays the winner ('prolly in about a month ) One of these days your nice wife is gonna whip up on you for sellin one of here favorites
