New Project. 54 chevy WaGoon.. Movie car

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by 2tall2beahotrodder, Sep 4, 2005.

  1. I did it. Bought another project to add to the list. This wagon was laying in a near town. I accually found 2 54 chevy wagons in the same town. This one was in better shape..
350 conversion, camaro subframe, 10 bolt, disk brakes.. power steering... ETC...
I need to go over everything and make it safe, and running. Some of the work was done half fast. So ill have to spend time.

I was told this was a movie car. Any one remember the old movie? It was parked in front of a florist shop . Says Veriety Florist on the tailgate window.. Have the original title from PA if that helps?

only pics i have are blurry..

So you don't know the movie it was in?

....it wasn't "Little shop of Horrors" was it?... :D

Just joking. I really like those wagons. There's a really cool looking one running around down there in Sout Carolina. Its red. Boones might know something about it.

    Congrats!

    just so you know...

when people say "half fast" - they're actually saying "half-assed"! it's like when people say "for all intensive purposes", which doesn't make any sense whatsoever, but they heard someone else say "for all INTENTS and purposes" and copied it, wrong.

not giving you shit, just think it's funny.

    i like your new ride.

Great looking start. Looks like a lot better start then mine was.

    Keep us posted

Make it a good reliable drive and then worry about everything else.

It needs to be a 5 window. move the roof back slightly and keep some quarter windows in it. (extra room for comfort)
