ChevyDave; Did you have any specific plans for seeing the roadsters? That decision may help you in a specific search (either on the HAMB or Google). If your looking toward a specific part of the car as a project, then that may determine your direction as well.
Hey guys i THOUGHT maybe there was some pics that weren't already on here. I recently bought a 28-29 roadster THANKS GUYS !! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
chevydave; I have been searching for Model A Roadster pics for the past several months. I am about to begin work on the body for my 29 Roadster and I am beginning to notice more and more details on each part of the car. I have never owned a car like this nor tried to build one. Maybe you could offer some advice on the build? As far as research goes, I am studying the cowl area now and have subscribed to many build threads that offer the education. If I can help you; I will glad to. However, I am an amateur with a ton of questions. Best of luck to you on selecting your direction.
Thanks backlash18 i'm learning as i go alsur crazy iowa weather makes it difficult to work on sometimesThis is my first roadster. The HAMB is the best traditional hot rod website around ! I have learned alot on here.
My roadster sucks compared to many of the sweet fixed and rodded ones on here, but here ya go Chevydave. Merry Christmas to ya man, nice to see ya pumped about your roadster!
Hey Devin thats not as rough as mine. Thats pretty sweet man ! I haven't figured out how to load pics. Like to see more progress pics of yours for inspiration !
I would love to see pics of yours as well! Loading pics is easy. The way I did that one of mine is I opened a photobucket account (its free, photobucket.com) then upload a picture into there. Its easy to do, just follow the instructions. Then when the picture is loaded, it will give you a few options under the picture in a dropdown menu of sorts, just copy the one that says img, then past it into a reply on here and voila! My roadster is still in storage. My wife is urging me to get rid of a couple of trucks I have (non hamb friendly, bought to fix and sell trucks) sitting in my shop now before I start on the roadster, so it might be awhile before I start a build thread unfortunately! I love reading about them on here though, love pics as well!
Sharp roadster bruce!Whats your flatty? Like to see some more pics when available. Hope mine looks half that good when done. I still have to finish my 29 pickup. Not a patient person.
You know what would be awesome in that model a?one of my cool shifter knobs....What happened?thought you wanted one then never herd back..Merry Christmas, pat
