Hey fellow HAMBERS.. I have searched and searched and keep on getting different answers; from shops, online, etc. What im working on is a 51 Chevy 3100 w/SBC and Muncie 4spd on the floor, camaro rear w/drum. Doing IFS conversion with disk and wanted to do a frame mount brake booster over firewall as it it clean now. From some of the uncertain info I have gotten Im not sure it will fit??
What to do for clutch pedal, lines, etc.? The truck is complete and all mocked up with factory brake system that doesnt stop! This is how I purchased the truck.
What do you guys think is my best option? Please chime in and give me your best recomendations. Thank you for your help!!

Did you do a search on here? There are several threads with good info on frame mount.

Whats the problem? worried about booster size in the way of clutch cylinder? Booster dont care where its located as long as you can get a push rod to it from the pedal. Ive seen booster and cylinder 2-4 feet from pedal.

    from PA.

I'm not really 100% clear on your question but you will need a hydraulic throw out brg. and the reservoir can be put almost anyplace.

Hell not even really sure what my problem is. I am cluless to this. So I tried doing research and phone calls only to be even more confused. Some were saying yes it will work while others said no way. Then specific units to universal. Im being leed in many directions? I would almost like to just go auto..

you just need to find the brake/booster&clutch set up that will work for you. try online: speedwaymotors.com & zigsstreetrods.cccom & cl***icperform.com & streetrodsgarage.com & others.
