I hate resolutions so let's just call it...plans for the New Year.

    1. Get the new blower motor sorted out
    2. Keep the Scout off the gaurdrail (with the new blower motor)
    3. Run hard at the Meltdown 2013 event
    4. Get the Prefect project running
    5. Get the Prefect to meltdown 2013
All the best in the New Year kids

  2. I have learned that if I make no resolutions I break none,,

Finally after the last 9 years I don't have a major project hanging over my head,,I do have a few things to to do to my sedan & pickup but nothing that will keep me from driving them. HRP

  3. i'm just doing some minor updates on the cars i already have , then drive them next year to a lot of events

i'm slowly working on rebuilding a 283 for some future use

i also find myself with no major projects right now....by my own choice

Gonna try to get my rpu project done in time for the BP Drags in October. I usually miss my deadlines by a year or two, so we will have to see how this one goes.

I want to get my car a little more driver friendly, and hit some longer distance stuff this summer not super long distance but make it to good guys and stuff outside of Dayton like Columbus, Cinci, Indy, etc.

I'd also really like to make my first trip/trips down the quarter mile!

    For sure:
    1) Engine swap
    2) Gas shocks in the rear (from hydraulic)
    3) New steering column
    4) Dash and garnish moldings stripped and painted.
    5) Interior and Exterior pinstriped.
    6) Running boards painted.
    7) Trunk hinges replaced.

    Possibly:
    1) New interior
    2) Power rack
    3) Heat

Get rid of ugly wheels! Going to Vintique steelies with small caps and trim rings. Install one piece hood top from Rottlieb after I louver it. Louver tailgate, already have it off, whats the point of having a press if you don't use it. And finally relocate switches to make the user friendly, not hidden in kick panel.

I'd like to get mine legal, but that's sort of a long shot. Lots to do still.

Well, there are two rides, and two deadlines in 2013.

The Studebaker has to be road-worthy enough to make Viva Las Vegas in March. That means brakes, exhaust, and some sort of seats.

The Tub needs to be presentable enough for my wedding this summer (no date yet). That means wiring, body, wood, paint, and upholstery.

We'll see if I make it!

    For my '61

    1. Get the engine fired up.
    2. Go through the entire brake system.
    3. New tires.
    4. Change all fluids.
    5. Install new side mirrors and chrome dress-up goodies.
    6. Drive to Viva Las Vegas!!! :D

Maybe start building the 283 I want to put in it.
