I just picked this up and it works perfect. I'm going to use it but I'd like to know if I'd lower it's value if I restored it ? What is it worth ? Thanks
I've seen them go for under $1K - a lot of money. There are a few different mfgrs and various anvils/frames for them so the price depends on how complete a set is - that looks like a good one to me.
It's beatiful...I'd have a hard time not smoothing and painting it gloss black and having it pinstriped...
I would have no problem giving it a paint job , to protect it....and I would build accessories to enhance it , without damaging the original tool...Shawn
