Art & Inspiration Pinstriping/sign painting Upstate NY

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by independentcustoms, Jan 1, 2013.

  1. I have a race car that I'd like some artwork added to. Anyone in the Upstate area know of any artists in the area? I don't mind traveling an hour or 2 from Rochester, or having it done at my shop. Thanks

I searched Alan Johnson and he came up Alabama. That would be a good ride from Rochester!

  18. There are some super talented pinstripers and sign painters in the Northeast, specifically the New Jersey area.

I would call Charlie. The other guys are outstanding, but Charlie's stuff is on a whole other level. The guy is incredibly talented, and his designs and layouts are not like everybody else's. He comes out to the GNRS in Pomona every year and always brings samples of his work, and every year he raises the bar even higher. Amazing stuff.

  26. Thanks guys. Bman's site really didn't have anything on it, Dan's site had a ton of very familiar cars. I'll get in contact with them. Thanks!
