The Ramchargers Candymatic flopper is coming back to life.

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by fuel pump, Jan 2, 2013.

  1. Without coming across as "pissy" I'd like to offer my opinion. Vintage drag cars are of interest to ALOT of us who grew up during those times. This is proven by the large number of positive comments so far on this thread. It even managed to shake the original driver out of the woodwork and join the HAMB. In fact yours seems to be the only one that's negative. So as politely as I can, may I suggest that if you're typing something that you expect will result in "pissy responses" maybe it's better left unsaid ? I would expect the OP who's got near 3500 posts and has been here 12 years probably knows by now what's OT & what's not.. Just a thought. I, and clearly alot of other guys here, thoroughly enjoy these threads that bring back memories of our childhood. If nitro burning Hemis don't get your blood pumping maybe just skip to the next thread ? This is just my opinion and I'm in no way attempting to pose as the post police...

I remember all of the candy striped cars that ran in the '60s, not OT at all.

Over forty years after this picture was taken, these two floppers sat side by side at Autorama.
