Model a coupe Measurements

I did a search but could not found what i need.
I bought this 1928 Citroen B14 body which looks like a 28/29 Model A(with some imagination)
Dimensions are like My 1930 Sedan(door length, body width)
First idea was to make it some kind of pick up cab or extended cab but the longer i look at it the more i want to try to make it a coupe so i want to fabricate my own rear quarter panels.
I'm not afraid of cutting it down since it is not a Ford and i only payed $ 210 for it.
I don't want to build a exact copy of the Model A coupe but it must have the good proportions and lines.
So i need some measurements of the cab length , window width and from door to end of quarter width (the 3 red lines in the drawing)

 

Looks kinda like a 30-31 Briggs or Murray Ford body.Would look good built as such.

 

I'd stick with just removing the rear doors and making a crew cab pickup

Can somebody give me the three measurements ( the red lines in the drawing)?
I would be verry helpful.

 

My '30 comes out at 46" cab, 11" window and 51" rear quarter
