Here are the Hamber's that made the final cut. Not neccessarily in the order in which they finished. 1 Denise Hotrodladycruzr 2 Denise's Dad Jim Sheldon (lurker) 3 Cory Cummings 47forvette 4 Jack Parker Phat Rat They are doing 7 this year. The 3 non HAMBers are, Jim Shelton and his 32 roadster, Rich Guasco with his 29 Ford Roadster and Jerry Krob and his 59 Chevy. I'll be pulling for Jack as I'm going to be a copilot this year. It starts Sept 30th in North Lake Tahoe and works it's way south to LA. I will hopefully be posting pic's along the way although I don't have the Techie ability of my buddy Loudpedal. Thanks for the invite, but Bob has a commitment that holds us from leaving his place until the 26th. So we are going to have to push as it is supposed to start the 30th and we want to get there the night of the 29th.

Sounds like a good crew to travel with. I just finished a 2800 mile trip in my '47 sedan and Jim Shelton was part of the trip. He drives the shit out of that 327/5 speed roadster. And Rich Guasco has had his roadster forever and has drivin it all over the US. It's great to see so many folks that I have met involved in this deal. I sure have fond memories of my Ego-Rama, even if Bob wasn't there......... Don.
.............just a thought.........do these guys and girls have PayPal accounts?? With the sudden high cost of gas, it would be neat to kick in a couple bucks for "gas money." $5.00 here and there could add up?........... I know of at least one finalist that has done a TON for others. Here's our chance to show our support........

I think it's pretty cool that I had TWO Egorama finalists at my place this summer during the Iola shindig...BobK and Phat Rat...I guess my place is now "on the map"....And I like the PayPal idea...neither one of these old farts get more than $40.00 or so on their monthly social security checks....

I'm not going to wish any of the finalists good luck because they already have luck on their side! Trust me, forget about the contest, just going on the Ego Rama is big fun (Just ask Bob. He couldn't stay away, he's hitching a ride back this year. ...how did he do that?...). Last year's Ego Rama was one of the best times of my life! You guys are going to have a lot of fun! LP
