    Neat ! No traffic signals , rail still had the right of way ... People on the street were crossing at intersections , that is when he was'nt driving down the footpath !

    I don't think so. It looks to me like they are crossing everywhere & anywhere they want to, that's what makes it look so chaotic. That and the film speed has been sped up.

    Cool video! I enjoy seeing vintage footage. Thats before the use of SCBA'a as well, those guys were real "smoke eaters".

    Use of the sidewalk.....simply AWESOME!:D That's funny. And still today...no one pulls over for us.

    it's my honest belief that fire trucks and rescue squad trucks ought to have a vee-shaped snowplow on front and one member "tagging" slowpokes with a paintball gun when they won't give way.

    Amazing,,didnt bend any fenders either...or run down a person on foot.
