Projects Vintage go kart, what is this?

I found this project Go Kart and can't find any information on it. It has a decal that sais High Performance Pace setter STREAKER with a model number MP5M. It also has fun Kart on it. There is a serial #21356 and it was made by KEN - BAR MFG. CO. CORNELIA, GA. I will attach Pictures. If you have any info on it and what motor went in it, please let me know.

Looking at the motor mount Id say it was 3 1/2 maybe a 5 HP Briggs.
