Well not exactly the building but it is in the driveway. The shipping company dropped it off this morning at 9, it's a good thing I dont have a job. The truck is supercool and it runs like a top. Big thanks to El Rusto for putting up with the stupid excuses I kept giving him (can they really be called stupid excuses when they are true?). Going to get the registration/insurance taken care of tomorrow. I was able to track down 2 sets of consecutive Cal. '39 plates for my Dad and I to use. I cant wait to drive it!!! BTW the shipper I used was GREAT! I told him I would p*** along his contact info if anyone was interested. J. Mack Express 760 486 8084 Ask for Jeff
How many sets of wheels a tires did you get with it?? Mike showed up every time we saw the truck with the different set! That thing is cool. I miss seeing it around already!
Hey,what can I say I have a wheel/hubcap and tire fetish. Glad Pepe made it out there without any incident. Now I got to get busy on the new truck!!!!
Lookin good! I've been looking down your street every time I drive past to see if it arrived yet. Drop me a line when you want some stripes on it.
I tried to call you today but couldnt get an answer, just wanted to say thanks one more time. BTW whats up with your answering machine message?
I think I'm going to hold off on the stripes for a while. I might repaint it this winter. I'm thinking hunter green with ivory wheels.
I was east bound and down between Phoenix and L.A. about 10am Wednesday and met Pepe on the transport truck. Glad it made it out safely guys. BenD
hehehe.... here is that motivation thing we talked about again. Now get your but out there and get that new shop ready!!!
That is true. We do end up supplying all the other states with cool ****. My truck went to Michigan. Lazears 51 chevy went to Missouri and now PePe lives in Cal... That is one of the coolest trucks tho-I hope you get as much attention as Mike(el rusto) did!
