In many states it's not even legal to drive a post 1935 with no fenders.

I don't foresee to many coppers stopping you for this. Most of them ***ume you are driving an old piece of farm equipment lol

Why 36-38? The break in years for "major changes" as far as the cab is concerned was 35-37 and 38-47.

The cabs are the same all but minor changes 35-37 biggest one being the split windshield for 37 there is a thread detailing the differences on here. I'm on my phone if someone wants to paste it for me.

35-on Highboy trucks always look weird, but not necessarily in a bad way.
    Cheers.

  12. Some like 'em and some don't. Like dad-bud I don't always think that wierd is a bad thing, it helps to not go too cartoony with them. I think it is best to try and retain some of the character of the original.

Note: I think that Koz' old heap was done in good taste, you can still tell what it is.

Thanks '******! It looked better with the caps on, (mint origional Fiestas), but I saved them for my "Full House" project. For some reason it looks a little sway backed in the side shot. It didn't look that way in person, all the body lines are parallel. I just take ****ty pics.

It's not finished but this is my son's truck. It's won't be channeled or chopped. The bed has been shortened 7" on each end.

  17. Keep the fenders! If only to hide the radials and IFS.
