No new updates. I am still looking for a header and I had to stop working on this one for a little while. I didn't want to take it to Cavalcade with the header the way it was so I hit the pause ****on on this one and started back on my A coupe. Got it all ready for Cavalcade this weekend. If you are in the Cincy area stop by and check the show out. Josh Shaw does a great job setting everything up for Survivor's Alley. Here is a shot of my A coupe from set up night at Cincinnati Cavalcade of Customs.

Progress has been slow lately. I have been working on a couple other projects. I finished welding everything up on the drivers side quarter, window and top is welded and finished around to the back window.

I'm sure there's a special place in Heaven for people who save these old soup can 5W Deuces. Great job.

Got some great news this week. Looks like I have located a header and a partial rear window section. Hope to have them in the next week or two. The HAMB can be a wonderful place.

It's been hard to get motivated to work on it. Every time I look, all I see the destroyed header. Hope to have some good updates very soon!

Awsome looking deuce! I always liked 5 windows more then 3 windows... Call me crazy, but they just have more character, and your chop definately adds alot to that character.

    Keep it up!

Thanks to the Hamb. My new and I use that term loosely, back window came in. It is a little crunched, but the metal is very solid.

Here is a good shot of the old piece and the new. A little hammer and dolly work and that crunched up back window straightened out pretty well.

Here it is all welded up and ground smooth. Still needs a little work to make sure everything is good and straight. I also finished up the p*** side quarter window while I was at it. The top is all welded back on. I should be getting the header from ups in the next day or two. Can't wait to see all of it back together!

Nice build progress, just saw it for the first time today. I have a 34 5w body that is from about 6 different cars like yours. Keep up the good work!
