I used the second row seat from a 1999 Tahoe. Fits good and has a fold down arm rest with cup holder. Just had it reupholstered after using it with stock upholstery for a few years.

I used the bench out of a '98 chevy pick up. It came from a Cheyenne, so its the straight one piece bench. Fits like a glove, just had to notch the seat track to sit flat on the floor. Looks like it was made for it. I did get a kick out of a guy named "Iron****" needing a comfy seat. :)

I am a member of The Iron**** ***ociation. It's a motorcycle thing. For years my wife and I traveled by motorcycle. 500 - 700 mile days were common. You have to ride a 1000 mile ride in 24 hours to get into the Iron****. We're older now and plan to use this truck for some of our traveling. BTW...she is a Iron**** member too.

Thanks for the help and the jab at my handle.:D

  7. I used a junkyard seat out of a '68 F100. I sits real good and rides good but best of all it was cheap. Honestly I chose it more because I liked the old battered burgandy cover more than anything. It actually fits pretty good. It's a little long and touches the insides of both doors but I'll cut it in two and narrow it about 4" when ever I get around to a proper interior for my old gal. I saw a nice pair of heated, leather, 8 way, power, low back, bucket seats in a '03 Chrysler 300 in the same yard the other day. Man those would be nice in an all day cruiser.

The Iron **** thing's cool. I have a buddy in OK who's always talking about doing it. I restore and ride vintage Japanese motorcycles, (a**** my many various other vices.) We're trying to plan a bike trip up the Blue Ridge Pkw. sometime in early Spring before he ships out to England for 4 years. Hey, I'm in East TN, if you're ever down this way give me a holler.

The parkway is the best ride in America! Easy, laid back riding, great views, over 400 miles long, been riding it for over 60 years.
If you are in East Tn. then you know about 129 coming out of Robbins. Been up it , down it, camped at the gap. That's some good riding in those parts.
