Custom License Plate info

I know I have seen a post a while back but cant seem to find it.. Im looking for a company that can make me a stamped Kentucky plate...
I have done a search but all I come up with is not stamped just painted..

If you have more time than money, do 3-5 here in Oregon and you can make your own
