door handles with built in locks?

looking for outer door handles with built in locks.push ****on style..i know ive seen them but cant remember where... ford ,chevy dodge?

 

My 52 gmc has a built in lock on one side.

The Henry J has a key in the push****on, but only on the p***enger side
door handle. You can swap the drivers and p***enger side around. But
the handle only pushes a lever attached to the door mechanism inside the
door, so the backside of the ****on only has a pin that pushes on the
part inside the door. I could not find a photo of the backside of the
outside door handle.
