I wouldn't doubt in the least that more than one person brought that to B-J's attention today.

It's going to be real interesting to see how the bidding goes as I have been way off base on a what would be bid on a number of cars so far.

Been there, done that... We're still friends but there were certainly some hard feelings (on his end) for a while.

I sold a '33 Plymouth coupe to a guy last year, the guy shows up with a trailer and a brief case full of cash.

Before we finalized the deal the guy asks " You're not gonna be mad if this car shows up on EBay in a couple of months are you?"

I told him as long as he paid me what i wanted for it he could drive it in a demolition derby if that's what he wanted...

    The correct frame of mind.
Years ago a book dealer sold a very rare book to a guy who showed up with a briefcase full of cash.
The buyer then proceeded to tear the book to shreds in front of the dealer.
Turns out the buyer had another copy, and did not want the existence of this book to reduce the value of his copy.
The dealer was not fazed. He knew it was the buyer's, to do with as he wished.

Any idea what that means on the clock. What's the average time for a car for early Friday, maybe a couple minutes? Five? So maybe the second or third hour.

I have no ideal, just saw it on the schedule for tomorrow morning and it was the 21st down the list. Form the list of todays cars it looks as if they just go straight down the list.

I know each car gets a certain amount of time on the block, not sure how much, but this has been disputed in the past.

PM me your digets and I'll text you the minute it hits the stage or a few minutes before if I can see it in the wings. Watching it online works better as you see the whole thing, no commercials.

I was just on the live chat on their site. People are guessing as much as $160,000. That's crazy. I'd say between $35k and $40k.

The $160,000 was with a signed poster of you looking seductive on the leather prior to installation.

When you factor the fees, Kirk's estimate was dead on. Bummer it went across the block before the TV broadcast started.

I can't un-see that picture. It's the first thing that pops into my head when I hear Legion Special. I need therapy.
