New Diversion 165 from Miller is about the best value you will find out there for affordable Tig machines.
Go to weldingweb.com They have a pretty active classified section and you might find something in your area.
Do yourself a favor and go on Craigslist. Look under tool section. Look for a Lincoln 300/300 upright gray machine. I've owned 4 of these and never had a bit of problems. They run on 30 - 50 amp breakers. Copper winds not aluminum AC/DC w/ high frequency. there's one on the local Craigslist here for only $650.00 w/torch and pedal, flowmeter. This welder was so good it almost put Lincoln out of buisness. Once you bought one you never needed to buy another welder!!!!
If you are finding the best tig welder for the money then AHP 200DX is not bad choice. If you need a high perform then I recommend Miller Syncro or Everlast PowerTig.
