Where is this 1951 Buick Kustom?

Hello! Where is this 1951 Buick Kustom? I saw it in a German Car Magazine of 1997. Does someone know the car? Where is the car today? I need more information, please!

 

I have not a clue, But I still like it !!!!

 

That is bad ***.... Great car. There's something really cool about a German magazine (Chrom und Flammen?) covering American kustoms.

 

Chrom & Flammen is a German US-Car-Magazine.

 

Chrom & Flammen featured a lot of diffrent style cars, from US kustoms to home grown domestic ones, from VW to minitrucks, Drag cars, cl***ic sports cars etc....Sorta like the British Street Machine mag.

Michael Lopez from California built the Buick. That was 1996/97 or in former times. Is Michael here in this Forum?
