Where is this 1951 Buick Kustom?

Hello! Where is this 1951 Buick Kustom? I saw it in a German Car Magazine of 1997. Does someone know the car? Where is the car today? I need more information, please!

That is bad ass.... Great car. There's something really cool about a German magazine (Chrom und Flammen?) covering American kustoms.

 

Chrom & Flammen is a German US-Car-Magazine.

 

Chrom & Flammen featured a lot of diffrent style cars, from US kustoms to home grown domestic ones, from VW to minitrucks, Drag cars, classic sports cars etc....Sorta like the British Street Machine mag.

Michael Lopez from California built the Buick. That was 1996/97 or in former times. Is Michael here in this Forum?
