We had a real nice machine shop in high school. They offered night school classes. We use to melt old pop cans, ski poles and anything Aluminum. Night school had about same people attend every semester. You could build what you wanted. The school had an auction and sold everything. The machine shop is now a art class room. When in high school you could take machine shop for three years or six semesters. There was a machine shop in Denver that recruited the students that took machine shop in high school. I think there are probably thirty local machinists that got their start in high school.
I do not know a single artist making a living and supporting a family with their art.

That is nice of you to offer these items.

The hoodlums could smoke in machine shop class.

Wish I had those oppertunities in school....glad its going to a good purpose like this. This should leave a warm fuzzy for everyone.
