I really want to put a 3 Tooth with parking lights grill from a '53 Belair on my '50 Wayfarer but nowhere has dimensions for the '53 grill. Any HAMBers out there with a tape measure and a Grill?
No help (maybe), but here's a pic of George Cerny's '50 Plymouth wagon with a modified '53 Chevy grille, in a much modified grille shell.
I happen to have a '53 chevy and a '49 wayfarer with a '50 front end on it. Unfortunately, the wayfarer is put away in storage for the winter. Mine has a corvette grille in it, with the stock dodge top and bottom bars with custom stainless sides. I can measure the '53 grille in the morning if you want. [/IMG]
I've decided that I was just going to go pick them up in the morning since the Fella selling thing them got another offer on em. Hopefully I won't have to spend the next few weeks fabing the piss out of them to fit. Thanks for the pics guys.
