    Last time I was at a Wild Wade swap was when they were held in Cedar Rapids.
    Pretty sure it was Cedar Rapids.Made the drive back in a snowstorm that changed to black ice by Mason City and lasted to Owatonna.15 mph white knuckle ride.

    You fellas coming in from out of town - we are getting freezing rain / ice in Desmoines.

    The roads this morning are ice. It should get better by mid morning.

    I made it. Met Oliver Bros, iarodder, and talked to Camel Toe Kid briefly. Good time. Same old stuff.

    It was a little dicey coming across HWY 20 east to I-35 but it was well worth it.
    Picked up several engine parts for the '29 and found a reasonable source for a radiator from the guys out of Rochester.

    honestly I was pretty disapointed, thought there would be more "old " stuff if you know what I mean?
    Sorry I didn't get to meet any of you was to buisy trying not to get ran over in the crowd. Maybe next time!
     
  13. BY the time i got there most everyone was gone! Pretty damn slick by ames! Met a couple of hambers which was nice but they made me feel old! They needed more hot rod parts though!
