Thanks Fellas. We all truly appreciate those of you whom make the long haul, in spite of busy schedules and high gas prices. BTW..looking like it may be a BYOB event. Will definetly be food vendors!! Working on a few last minute deals with local beer vendors. Please remember to drink responsibly. As stated earlier, plenty of hotels in the area, if you need a place to crash. ummm...sleep Misfires C.C.
Just around the corner and up the road a piece. Feb 2nd will be here before you know it. Website www.groundhoggala.com updated with all pertinant info and "snail mailing" new flyers to as many past attendees as we can to set them straight on location. (East Orlando Harley Davidson) Thanks, JT:Orlando Misfires C.C.
Thanks Bob, we are excited about the show at it's new location. Sent out 200 postcards to past attendees, with all the details. Website has map as well.
Bob, when you planning on heading down? I might try to hook up with yall and caravan down... Anybody else from South Ga/Jax area going?
I live on the other end of town, but I did a quick search for hotels near UCF campus. http://www.google.com/search?source...29,d.eWU&fp=4dc6e22464ffea41&biw=1011&bih=524 JT
I smell what you're steppin' in!! Seems as we get older, life gets in the way of doing the things we used to. We trull appreciate ALL of you whom can make the trek. See ya Saturday. JT
Cool! Still planning on it, just hoping somebody from the Jax area wants to caravan down. Posted from the TJJ App for iPhone & iPad
I'm in the garage right now, Just finished a steak dinner ,got the music on ,got a gl*** of Jack on the rock's. Polishing two car's for the show. I cant wait. See you guy's there. Gregg
On Behalf of the Misfires Car Club, just wanted to send out an official thanks you, to all whom attended the Gala. Despite high gas prices and everyones busy schedules, official totals where 140 registered cars/trucks, about 10 vintage choppers/cycles. EOHD made claims we had in excess of 1,000 people in attendance. Pretty good for a show we litterally pulled out of the ashes, after two venues closed down. Everyone seem to have a good time. We love throwing this party, to hang with ALL our friends and showcase the best in traditional Hot Rods and Customs. Only downsides where not enough spectator parking and NO trash cans on the show field. We had to pick up ALL the trash after the event. I sliced my finger open on broken gl***. UGHH! We must give a special thanks to all whom made No. 13 a success: Bill and Russ BIG BOB and JR at EOHD Design Sherriff aka DJ White Lightnin' Giddy-up-Go DJ Nate The Wooly Bushmen Enemy Ink Flyer Studios.com Fairvilla Megastores Sebring Raceway Snap-On Tools Trophies by Miquiel and Pauly ALL the vendors!!
