Help with a 30/31 roadster door

Started working on my doors today. After taking of the latch off it appears I am missing something. The other door is even worse. Seached for an hour looking for pitures with enough detail to reproduce the missing bits. I am appealing to the HAMB for some photographic guidance. Here some photos of the door in questions.

This is where they crack most of the time, the door latch mechanism was there and from years of slamming the door shut, it develops cracks around where it mounts. Do you have the latches? I had a similar problem with my 29 doors, but not as bad.
