I have acquired an old beer box that contains a set of scallop flamed headlights. The appear to be 26/27 Chev buckets with 26/27 ford rings.
Has anyone ever seen a car with these on it?
The newspaper is from the Fargo area (1970's)
They polished up OK but are not show quality.
Is the box worth more than the lights?

^ at least I think that's a more legit use of bondo if it's bondo. Nice headlights you have there, dear ;)

Do any of you disagree that most of the good old American beers, as well as many great imports, were able to keep hops in a nice balance with other ingredients and flavors? I'm disappointed in many of the modern brews, including the supposed to be hot new micro brews, where they think hitting me over the head with hops is the right move. That's not all there is to beer. But I will continue to check out the headlights in the meantime.

When I took these apart to rub them down it looks like they were done in fibergl***.
The filled in screw hole in the back to hold in the reflector and around the front edge were the ring has s****ed the paint is fibergl***.
I did repaint the retaining ring that holds the head light in, they had about 40% of the paint left.
These came from an estate sale about 60 miles from Vegas (Phrump, were the ***** Houses are)

I know a guy that can build really nice hot rods but he can't spell. I look at his work and not his spelling. We are both happy.

30 Dodge, I'm not so sure the head lights are 26,27 models. They look more like some thing from the mid 30's. I've got a set of 33 Chev head lights and they are nickel plated
and way more pointed in the rear, they are also 10" dia.
By the way I do like your beer box.
