Fellow. Hambers , I am in need of some pictures on the hinge and spring setup for my willys. I have the glove box doors, one spring an no hinge. I think that I could fabricate them if I knew what they looked like an how they attch. Any help would be appreciated.

Just a single flat half moon shaped spring that holds the door closed.
It just slips into a slot in the door.

  15. Hey guys,
Some had 2 some had one. One will do it if you don't have a lot of low end torque, other wise it will flip open when you get on it (mine does). Two are no fun to put on...one can be tricky too.
I have some broken hinges but they are able to be copied, just the tab ends are gone. **** Rapid is not too far from me...you could see them in person. Nordahl was reproducing the 39-42 springs, but they are smaller.
